5.3四合一前處理解決方案Defatting, acid washing, epitoping, phosphine all in one pretreatment solutions
一)四合一前處理工藝流程：The process flow of defatting, acid washing, surface adjustment and phosphizing as the one-piece pretreatment:
上件Upper piece→熱水浸洗hot water immersion→超聲波四合一浸洗ultrasound four in one immersion→工業水高壓噴淋洗1 industrial water spray 1→工業水噴淋洗2 industrial water spray 2→工藝水超聲波浸洗3 process water ultrasonic immersion 3→工業水噴淋洗4 industrial water spray 4→工業水噴淋洗5 industrial water spray5→純水浸洗1 pure water spray 1→純水噴淋洗2 pure water spray→電泳ED
二)四合一前處理工藝功能槽作用及參數Defatting, acid cleaning, surface adjustment, phosphine four in one pretreatment process function tank role and parameters
①游浸熱水洗：起到軟化油脂，潤濕，浸洗等作用；溫度＞80℃ Water leaching and washing: plays the role of softening grease, wetting, soaking and washing; Temperature > 80 ° C
②超聲波四合一清洗：脫脂、除銹、除氧化皮及上膜，配合超聲波（55米、200T槽，配48-50組超聲波）；常溫，FA90-130點Ultrasonic four in one cleaning: degreasing, rust removing, oxygen removing skin and upper membrane, combined with ultrasonic (55 m, 200 t tank, with 48-50 sets of ultrasonic); Normal temperature, fa90-130
③高壓噴淋清洗：清洗工件表面殘液，輔助上膜等功能；常溫，FA10點左右High pressure spray washing: wash the residual liquid on the workpiece surface, auxiliary upper membrane and other functions; At room temperature, around 10 o’clock in FA

⑤純水浸洗：電導率＜150 Pure water immersion washing: conductivity < 150
⑥噴淋純水洗2：電導率＜50 Spray purified water wash 2: conductivity < 50
